Warwise HQ stores the account and game-progress information you choose to give it: your email address, display name, server, timezone, HQ level, power figures, goals and availability, plus the alliance you belong to.
Your account details and personal records are visible only to you. Commander profile details are shared with players in your alliance only while you leave sharing switched on in your privacy controls. Alliance information is visible only to active members of that alliance. Private leadership notes are restricted to your R5 and to R4 officers granted the roster permission.
If a subscription ends, your data is preserved. Premium areas become locked or read-only — plans, profiles and history are never deleted because of a cancellation. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.
Access to every record is enforced in the database, not just in the interface, so one alliance cannot read another alliance's data. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by Warwise HQ.
